Nevada HAND is an absolutely amazing place to work. My coworkers are fantastic and we all have similar goals and are always willing to help each other out so that we all can succeed. The leadership is wonderful and is always willing to take the time to help and teach. From the top down the approach of success permeates through all levels of employment. It truly is an amazing place to work.

The leadership philosophy here is unique and naturally attracts smart people who genuinely care about one another and the organization’s mission. Employee feedback is valued. This is a great place to work, whether you’re new to real estate and affordable housing or just starting your career.

The organization is heavily bureaucratic and process-driven, which can sometimes stifle innovation. Compensation is slightly less competitive than what you might find at for-profit developers.
