The hungarian team has a very kind culture. They are nice to each other. Real home office, no pressure to be in the office.

There are no consequences when product management and sales make stupid decisions one after the other. The CEO is invisible and weightless. No people. management at all. The company is not developing organisationally. Currently ad-hoc organized. The number of staff is shrinking. They don't keep their promises. Senior management is all politics, no hard decisions.
