Always in need of Professional Staff

There are some staff who truly care The kids are AMAZING! Can be a chill place to work Some of the management is amazing and easy to talk too Hours are nice and you can get overtime if needed!

The COO is someone you do not want to have to talk too ever. She is now the interim CEO. She made sure that you knew that you were replaceable at all times. If you brought up concerns she would just brush you off or would turn it around and say what you are doing wrong instead. Management (not all) is very critical of what staff are doing without putting in any effort to go down and attempt to work with the kids. The whole time I worked there I only saw leadership out working with the kids a handful of times. Definitely play staff favorites. As long as you are a favorite by management you are good to do whatever you want without repercussions.
