Great staff, flexible work hours.

Benefits and pay less than standard.

There are no Pro to working here other than a check and even that is not much.

Do not work for this company. Most of the staff are ok but the Dr. has hired her sisters to run important depts. The sisters lack knowledge and or education in their positions and run the company in a very unprofessional manner. The sisters will talk to you in a very hateful and undermining way, if you complain the sister in human resources will cause you even more grief. I was the fifth person to be hired in my position in just one year, I should have known something was wrong. Also if you resign they will charge you for trainings that you never have been given then when they admit they were wrong they wait a month to send your check but it never comes then they say that they will not send another check until it returns. I had to file a complaint with the state today.
