Vantaggi

Lots of great co-workers, though they're turning over at a decent streak.

Svantaggi

3x bad hires for a primary middle manager has taken its toll. They can't seem to find their place - are they simply a billing machine trying to get to an exit or do they just not know how to bill for decent service to make the numbers work?

Vantaggi

Larger than most MSPs, yet focused on employee well-being. The company has an excellent benefits offering, and a culture dedicated to hearing ideas from everyone. Continual learning is encouraged and celebrated for everyone. There is a strong focus on making sure the company is providing the right level of service to each customer. Work/Life balance is also highly encouraged (to varying degrees depending on the role. Teams are always willing to work with each other to drive success and make the customer experience better.

Svantaggi

Not a great work environment for those looking to coast by. But if you're a driven person, there are great opportunities!

Vantaggi

It’s a job that pays decent MSPs are the best way to learn tech

Svantaggi

There is a lot of administrative employee overhead that doesn’t make sense. Account managers don’t work with consultants to give a the best possible experience to the client. (Account managers don’t look for more clients but manage the ones on file) There is a lot of middle management for a company that’s only ~60 people. For instance the engineer reports to the engineering team manager who reports to the service manager who then reports to upper management. The company politics and policies inhibit an engineer from doing the best job possible. They are also having trouble hiring that service manager. The last 4 or 5 people they’ve hired haven’t been a good fit and many have left due to it. As an engineer I feel more like a lackey than a rock star.
