Mismanagement from the top down with regards to tech. They really don’t know how to manage their tech department. It’s total unorganized chaos. Additionally, whatever work that was achieved and/or accomplished, was under appreciated. Because the number of employees was ten times less than the amount of work, there was no way to ever catch up or satisfy them. I felt very under valued there, and no matter how much time I put in relative to my compensation, they always wanted more. I was paid to do the role of one person, but expectation was the work of 8-10 people, and sometimes more than that.
