I’ve really enjoyed my time at New Metrics so far. The work is fast paced and you get exposure to some genuinely interesting clients across the region. The flexibility is a big plus; as long as you're delivering, there’s a lot of trust in how you manage your time.

Not many major downsides. Because the work is mostly remote, you don’t always get a lot of interaction outside your immediate team or practice.
