Very serious, design-oriented office that pays great attention to the quality of their work. The lead architects were often busy, but when they were available, they were willing to share their knowledge which made it a valuable learning opportunity. Colleagues were friendly and supportive.

As mentioned by many commentors here, the leadership can be disorganized. The lead architect was often stressed and lacked good communication skills. That said, I did observe some improvement in this regard during my time there.
The most significant challenge for me was the intense workload. Overtime was frequent (OT was expected as a default - not communication ahead), and there was a strong expectation for efficiency and output. While this provided valuable opportunities for growth and skill development, it was fairly demanding and at times exhausting.
