Below average pay. Below average benefits. Everyone is on hourly pay except management. No guarantee of hours during slow time. Very demanding during busy times. No pay on sick days, appointments, snow days. High turnover. Longer term employees are very bitter and regulatory complain. Upper management has no direction. Managers are either untrained in managing people or leave any knowledge at the door. If you can be blamed, you will be (whether or not it was your fault) Appart from AME and paint the is no training. New employees are often made fun of by coworkers and managers for their lack of knowledge despite no training program. No improvement in how things are done for 20 years. Very inefficient.
