- Great Co-workers and teamwork on projects. - Small town community atmosphere. - Everyone works hard to meet deadlines and customer expectations - Own the airport, unique location

- Management is absent, disconnected from the realities of the dynamically changing market the company faces - Outdated processes and equipment (Many Band-aid solutions, they're good enough) - Poor marketing - Difficult for new clients to find - High employee turnover (Retention issues)
