Paid education for 2 years service. Administrators seek ways to alleviate teacher workload to promote a balanced work/life. Wonderful students make work life enjoyable. Lots of fun events.

There is limited paid time off for employees, professional growth is somewhat limited for Education Specialist (in some ways)

Small class sizes, small campus, frequent communication from the school director and an OT and Speech therapist on campus.

I often felt micro-managed and did not often feel like my knowledge and opinions about the day to day business of my classroom was heard or valued. The school is year round and salary is low and it is easy to get burnt out.
