Great environment and culture to work

Work life balance isnt the best

Managment team was nice. Good work life balance and pay for my field.

Low salary increases, never receive full API barely half of it, and layoff quickly due to numerous budget cuts. Benefits are expensive, no educational allowance or other perks, and severance package is crap.
