HR is never to be trusted. Confidential information was openly shared with co-workers in a less than professional manner. Female employees are treated different than male employees and not provided the same opportunities. Management's word is only good until the next day and you will be thrown under the bus. Corporate, particularly the COO, is not to be trusted. Incompetence and cover your backside is the name of the game. Corporate is also VERY political. I backbone would the a great thing to have; but good luck finding it in Newfields Atlanta leadership.
