The Worst, Horrible and a very good example of a pathetic company - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso NewGen IT

1) Very Small organisation. Maximum 10-12 Employees. Though they claim to be an IT service provider but They do not have any IT sales team, Technical team or delivery team. Half of their team is into recruitment. 2) Owner is the only person in the Management. Very indecisive, lack of technical know how and gets easily influenced by the people around. 3) Very unrealistic Vision with even more unrealistic approach. 4) Not at all employee friendly organisation. 5) Not even a single process/division is streamlined. 6) Extremely dirty politics 7) Even the owner is uncertain about the existence of the company in the long run - therefore Job/Career will always be at stake. I wish I could give less than 1 star in my review but sadly it is not possible.
