I have worked for newegg for 6 months as a custimer service rep. The pay is fair and the management is amazing. The attendance policies are strict but for someone with a good work ethic that shouldnt be an issue. I worked a perfect full time schedule although friday will be my last day, i woukd work for their servjce deoartment again.

Svantaggi

The trainibg needs serious improvement(but that could be because i was i. Their satelite office).
