Vantaggi

Good working environment, great co-workers, people helpful, and okay benefits. Not a bad job for entry level first time sales, more of a Account manager job as very difficult to make money even when you hit goals. Get experience and move on to a company that cares and pays its sales team.

Svantaggi

No defined Comp plan, goals change mid-quarter, don't know sales goal until quarter is 1/3 to half done, management keeps stating changes to comp plan coming but nothing changes, upper management changes often, and don't expect to get anything having to do with goals, comp plan or how it works in writing.
