A lot of the managers/upper management position people are inexperienced in managing people and cause team morale to decline so talented workers tend to leave quickly (avg. 1-2 yrs). Managers/upper management do not take the concerns that you express seriously and only push for more work and positive results. High-stress environment and low pay for those who have been loyal to the company for 5+ years. Loyal employees typically get much lower pay compared to new hires and the "bad" managers do not even fight to give you the pay you deserve for years of service to the company. HR does not fight on behalf of employees as they should and only do what's in favor of the company which also decreases company morale.
