      Constant staff turnover, especially in leadership roles, creates operational gaps and difficulties for the remaining staff. Bleak work culture. You may talk with your team members, but overall people are isolated and do not engage with one another. Lack of work-from-home options even when there are Covid outbreaks in the office/warehouse. Extremely top-down management. For every step of a project, you must wait for multiple managers to sign off. This creates frustrating delays and makes routine tasks take hours/days to complete.
