95% of the people who are actually smart and can do work have left. Management gets worst by year because of all the office politics and corrupt officials. HR pretends to see nothing and do nothing, but likes to start trouble on minimal matters--my guess is office politics again? Most of management does not treasure valuable employees, thinks everyone is replaceable. Culture: supervisor is always right no matter what the data says, officials make decisions toward their own benefits, teams are against each other due to personal obscured KPI. Do double the work before getting promoted, which promotion msy be a year later to prove yourself worthy.
