No pros at all, maybe remote work but the company management is terrible.

No professionalism. Will reach out on WhatsApp. Engages in hiring and firing after the need is over, will make fake promises about we’ll give better increment next year but let you go, they say we’re not doing promotions this year and someone from the top management would be promoted, the hierarchy is terrible and it’s all do what I say kinda management, will ask you to work over weekends and late hours if something to be done while they do nothing. I don’t think there’s any future to this firm.
