Plenty of budget, they will be able to hire people and retain talent. If you are in the fluids business as a field engineer, your experience will be similar to that of competitors with the same benefits and drawbacks. Work-life balance is generally better than competitors.

Does not even attempt to retain talent. Company seems almost happy to lose mid-career talent. Massive layoffs are common, cuts are often deeper than competitors.
