NexCore really values their employees and who they're hiring. Turnover is incredibly low, and some of the youngest people at NexCore have stayed for 4+ years, even being their first "real" job.

Truly do not have any cons. Management and structure are great. Have heard that pay is low-balled but you're sure to get what you deserve if you stay. Plenty of rumors that the favorites also get paid more for being essential to business, though all should be considered essential.

There are some great coworkers

The company has grown a lot over the past few years and the culture and management has degraded to the point of it not worth being there anymore. Under-staffed, over-worked, and under-appreciated. High turnover. Long time employees are leaving. Newer management isn't supportive. Bonuses have decreased dramatically.
