Vantaggi

No pros working here, none.

Svantaggi

-No work life balance. You’re expected to work ridiculous hours to hit ridiculous KPIs and no over time. -texts and emails from your manager after hours and you’re expected to reply. Not allowed to leave work at work. -Low pay and terrible benefits when compared to other tech companies -unlimited PTO is a lie. You’ll still be bombarded by your manager during your time off -Zero training or onboarding and still expect you to hit the always changing quota. -employees getting fired or demoted during their ramping period -rules of engagement not being followed in sales -no office culture at all -micro management over the top -overall not a fun place to work at with terrible management and an even worse CEO

Thank you for your feedback, and I agree with some of your points here related to improving our office. Growing quickly and operating out of a compact WeWork office space has been a challenge to say the least. We are excited to announce that we’ve acquired a new 35k square foot office in Utah to enable our growth and build our culture in an office space which we can call our own. As we move into our new space, we’re excited to launch live formalized sales training in dedicated training spaces, and manager coaching training in partnership with the challenger sales organization. We now offer structured onboarding and have coaches dedicated to team members who are in transition between roles - from lead development who are promoted to sales development, and from sales development who are promoted to account executives. We do this to ensure that we’re offering support for employees who take on new challenges. We make every effort to retain high performing people even if that means realigning roles early in their tenure to ensure proper ramp time. Related to time off, you’re right - we do share a profound work ethic. One of our core principles is “act like an owner.” As such, we are supportive of time off so long as individuals are proactive in making plans to meet their goals. We set these expectations so that they can fully unplug from work when enjoying time off. Another core principle we share here at Nex is “speak your mind (with positive intent).” I wish I had the opportunity to connect with you on these points before your departure, and I’m striving to build an environment where all Nexers feel safe to come to me directly with feedback. I apologize that I didn’t create that environment for you. I welcome the opportunity to connect with you now - feel free to reach out on LinkedIn, and I’d be happy to chat! Sincerely, Michael Zippiroli

Vantaggi

Very supportive team and collaborative working environment. From the top down, the NexHealth team works together to retool and improve the platform. Product and engineering are always asking for more ways to make customers happy and they do so by working cross functionally. My time at NexHealth has only gotten better. Startups can be tough but the community, mission and impact have made any tough times well worth it.

Svantaggi

There have been some big changes in leadership causing some disruptions. However the every transition was handled well and a plan was communicated to the team.

Burnout risk The combination of pressure, pace, and constant change could take a toll over time.
