      - A complete lack of leadership and vision - Endless pivots based on no business plan and goal, pivoting is expected for any startup but blind pivoting to chase trends is terrible - Very much an endless chase to gather clout but never deliver - Layoffs are extremely common due to the hiring cycle from gathering clout then failing to deliver - Extremely poor product quality, leadership focuses on acquiring interesting tech then running it into the ground by not supporting it and pivoting endlessly

      The customer support team and development team are good people.

      The CEO is one of the worst people I've ever worked with. He fires people who disagree with him and says offensive things about customers and employees. They make broken promises to salespeople, set unrealistic goals and then change them. They also don't pay as promised in the interviews. They hired a great manager and let him go because he supported our team. They also had data leaks and told us to cover it up to customers.
