I really enjoy the monthly breakfasts and quarterly gatherings. It helps create a more family type environment. They promote from within and are constantly looking for professionals that can help the company. They are really compliant about everything that they do in healthcare. Compliance is not just a saying or phrase at this company. They have actually hired several compliance officers to inspect the pharmacies on a weekly basis. We have weekly monitoring meetings on best practices and customer service improvement. All in all, Next Health is a great place to work, and I'm glad to be a part of the team.
