In my experience, the culture was deeply toxic and emotionally draining. Bullying behaviours were normalised, boundaries were routinely ignored, and employees were treated as expendable — expected to obey without question and even show gratitude for treatment that felt disrespectful. Anyone who challenged the behaviour or raised concerns was quickly labelled as ‘the problem’. The company heavily markets itself as a safe, caring, growth-mindset environment, but in my view that image is purely cosmetic. What I experienced felt far closer to a cult-like culture — one built on fear, control, and unwavering loyalty to leadership. Conformity was valued above professionalism, and questioning anything was socially punished. I observed behaviour that felt discriminatory, class-based, and degrading. Backstabbing and undermining colleagues became a normal survival strategy, as people felt they had to prove loyalty to avoid becoming targets themselves. Integrity was often sacrificed simply to stay afloat. Most colleagues I saw leave did so only after their confidence had been completely worn down. The constant pressure, belittling, and emotional strain were dehumanising, and I watched capable, talented people lose their sense of worth before finally walking away. Overall, this was the most damaging and difficult workplace experience of my career.
