      Pros: free snacks, decent health insurance/benefits, travel can be involved depending on role

      Nexthink’s management is an absolute joke. They don’t care about their employees, only working them “harder and faster”- the CEO’s mantra- to achieve their insane targets. Very high stress environment, not at all what they make it appear from the outside looking in. If you’re considering working here, do yourself a favor and don’t.

Yes, speed and momentum is crucial here at Nexthink, we won’t deny it. Hyper growth, by essence, means moving quickly, which can be stressful at times.
