My name is Adam and I only worked here for a month due to the role I took. To start I have to say, Wow! What an awesome company to work for. As I said in the headline, I believe the company has some problems. But the company also has so much potential, that when I saw the problems I got excited. Genuinely excited about the opportunity to be on the ground floor of fixing those problems. Sadly, I made the mistake of taking on the wrong role as I wanted to get into the company and was excited for any role that was offered to me. I had been in sales for the past 8 years and was looking for a change. Little did I know I really wanted to be off the phones in general and work directly with people whenever possible. My first and last day at the company were completely awesome and I do not regret my time there at all. I only regret taking the role which I did because I feel like this is one of the companies I could've seen myself at for a very long time. Looking back I do regret leaving. My sales skills have afforded me the ability to adapt to any role and with time and the right start I believe I could've done that. Growth opportunity Leadership is awesome Flexibility Lots of positions to work in PTO/Benefits were decent

To me, I felt the training was a bit off. As I mentioned previously my only regret is taking the role I did. I didnt want to be in customer service any more and as soon as I took the first CS call I was thrown off and sent back into the role I didn't want to be in. I have to admit I left because the training was kinda bad and when I got out there I was completely overwhelmed with wanting to provide an amazing experience for the customer while feeling like I had no knowledge of what was going on and what I was going to be doing in my daily task. From my understanding the entirety of the training class has quit (within 4 months of hire date) and that should speak volumes to the training and its inadequacy.
