Most people are heads down because of the work. Business systems processes are tribal knowledge to those who have worked here longer. Local employees are slowly being replaced by outsourcing to India. Lack of company-wide cohesion with departmental silos. All in all, if you can withstand the stress and urgent unreasonable deadlines, you might just survive the current Trumpenomics affecting the industry.
