      Staggered working hours Family friendly And nothing much else actually. You can proabably get these perks at other places anyway. So please look elsewhere.

      Extremely confused leadership - lots of in-fighting at the top management level. Toxic behaviour cascades down to the support staff, making it unbearable for the second level of staff to work effectively. Management is also unsure and indecisive, second guessing each other constantly. If you are looking for a job that is supporting the top management, suggestion is to look elsewhere until they figure out what they are trying to do or until the new Principal manages to read the riot act to his deputies.

Interdepartmental projects are slow moving because one side thinks the other side will do all the things, while the other side put up guardrails up front . Too late to the OKR game Many senior staff around, who had the luxury of owning a flat and condo so they can afford to relax and collect rental
