The company offers excellent work-life balance policies and a competitive compensation package, creating a pro-employee culture. Employees also benefit from flexible work-from-home and return-to-office schedules. The office space is well-furnished and thoughtfully designed, contributing to a cozy and welcoming environment. Additionally, the pantry is consistently stocked with food, ensuring that employees always have a variety of snacks and refreshments available.

The company’s HMO plan, while great, is somewhat average, as the provider is considered a runner-up in the industry. It also offers limited 24/7 outpatient healthcare assistance, which may be a drawback for some employees since we work on a shifting schedule and we can't always go to the clinics during day time office hours. Another challenge is the difficulty in finding quiet spaces for client sessions. Many of these sessions are recorded, and some customers have mentioned being distracted by background voices and noise cancelling mics can only do so much to filter it. It would be ideal to have soundproof, telephone booth-sized silos for such calls to ensure a more private and focused environment.

Thank you for your review. We’re glad you recognize and appreciate our ‘pro-employee culture.’ Our health insurance plan is designed to be comprehensive and highly competitive in the local market. In August 2025, we enhanced the plan by adding coverage for a third family member under the company policy. We also increased the maximum limit benefit (MLB), even though it was already above the market median, to provide even greater security for our employees and their families.
