Company does fairly regular awards and recognition activities for the employees, so they are at least paying lip service to employee morale which is more than most companies. Benefits package it about average for the industry.

If you are on the sales and install side, everything is dictated by end of quarter and the constant drive to close one more sale. Processes are poorly documented (if at all) and get thrown out the window at the first sign of an escalation to upper management (which the large customers know and take advantage of). The company is still engaged with the delusion that offshoring and outsourcing complex work will make all the difference in the world. There has been no lessons learned by the constant high turnover in the Pune office over the last year.
