      I have been working in NICE for more than 2 years, in different team. Great team, fascinating work (although there are of course the repetitive tasks). Much flexibility in terms of working hours, no micro management. Good work life balance. Good products, nice diversity, very talented people!

      Certain administrative tasks are done by the senior employees, can hire more people for the administrative task.
