-Some managers in InContact product are actual cartoons.They don't know how to control their reporting employees. And to their agony, employees under them are too worthless and cunning. These shameless employees, even though they are specialists and leads, are working only 12-4 PM daily(2 hour break included for lunch and snacks). Only bol bacchan.
