The company has been on a rocket ship ever since Pokemon, and it doesn't look like it will slow down anytime soon. They are hiring amazing talents and building really cool products. The pace is fast, so you gotta be ready for that.

Svantaggi

Some operational pain as part of scaling. They are in between small company and medium size company in maturation but with the success of a very large company. There is often a push-pull between needing to move faster, but with some legacy approaches that can slow you down.
