Poor structure, growth, and training plans at facility and corporate level. Poor budget planning and outlook at facility and corporate level. Poor “buddy” system hiring schemes, leading to incompetent personnel. Poor moral character of all levels. One of lowest pay companies in the area, which is saying something. The plant is not within 60miles of a town with over 10,000 people, yet the facility was still one of the lowest paying companies in the region. Worst company moral of any company ever seen, people are begging to go to other jobs if they were only available. Some are driving over an hour one way to get a new job. Poor trust of company directives, benefit plans, and future outlook of pay raises. Poor outlook for hiring talented personnel to replace retiring personnel. Poor sales, designs, and manufacturing capabilities. Stressful work environment requiring long hours not justified by pay or even appreciation. Overall it is simply an atrocious place to work.
