Benefits are best I have ever had. 3% company + 6% matching = 9% in 401k! Health plan is pretty decent as well. Very good company culture. People are very respectful. No micromanaging at all (this could just be my boss and his boss).

For a remote employee, very little engagement with the company overall. No regular newsletters, no information about what's going on in the company. No emails, company (virtual) events. Nothing. engaged with just my department and the others I work with. Get an HR email typically just about the benefits once a year, of if there's something important. I can't even remember who the CEO is. Up the chain I only know my boss and his boss (the VP). Never have been in a meeting of whoever is above him.
