Lack of leadership, very unhappy and unsatisfied employees, huge hire turnover. Very hard to work in an environment where there is a high level of dissatisfaction. HR is corrupt and cannot be trusted. Clients and employees are leaving in a weekly basis. Very political and lots of favoritism, different rules for different people.
