Almost every year, company changing initiatives or strategies. Big promises and no follow through. Teams are held accountable which is fine, however no one holding senior exec's / directors accountable for poor decisions and the consistently low morals of the hard working team. Many employees treated with disrespect, unheard and shut down, its very much "my way or the highway"management style with most directors. However not all are like that, pure luck if you get a good, decent, not ego centric senior director. There are always changes going on, people coming, leaving, moving and a lot of dead wood that have been there many years and don't know / want to do things differently. If you can put up and navigate with all this then go for it and best of luck!
