-There's some really top shelf people who work here, who are ready to nurture those willing to learn -There's plenty of scope for going out and building your own thing -People genuinely like each other and are pleasant to work with. -No "bro" culture. -Going home at 5pm or even earlier isn't looked down on as long as you're not leaving things half-done, and when workload gets extra heavy people try to help.

Its small so it has a feeling of a small family. People are supportive at work and fun to hang out with at leisure. Many could become personal friends. Also because its a small company, you get the chance to get engaged in many different things and take initiatives - as long as you're willing to.

Company direction is not clear and changes all the time. This can cause the company to miss key timing or trends. Currently the company is undergoing struggles to redefine itself.
