1. I personally formed a couple of great friendships but that aside, the colleagues were ALL helpful and willing to provide assistance at a moments notice
2. Mostly good clients who understood what they wanted and were willing to listen
3. Throw you in the deep-end but don't let you go without a hand on the rope
4. Always willing to go an extra mile with the client and standing ground protecting their employees
5. The top brass (though daunting) were good at their jobs and had the best intentions for the business
6. Knowledge in the office was comparable to big consultancies
7. Accommodating to life changes
8. Variety of projects and types of work was endless
9. Lack of change of roster allowed teams to grow and flourish
