The company is backed by private equity that care only about the bottom line. The management is clueless about what is going on day to day. The window dressing and branding is all about kindness and inclusivity but none of that is true day to day. Most people currently working there are either depressed with an alcohol consumption issue or have spent too long there to leave. People are constantly belittled and felt worthless with little regard for mental health and what effect it has on people.
