The culture came through as a positive place, fast moving, with smart hard working toward clear growth targets. The offer was a good one and I am happy I accepted. Product marketing at NinjaOne covers a broader scope than I have experienced in past roles, encompassing product strategy, pricing strategy, product operations, competitive and go to market which drew me to the company and has proved interesting and compelling so far!

As the company has grown and is now getting to be a larger organization, the benefits left a little bit to be desired, but are made up for by good compensation.
