Brace yourself for biased feedback and a dearth of constructive guidance. When presenting a proposal, their response is bafflingly unhelpful: They: "I don't like this." You: "Could you please provide reasons for your opinion? How can I improve it?" They: "I don't know. Figure it out!" But wait, there's more! The detrimental impact of a romantic relationship between a C-level executive and a Director-level individual on company performance is impossible to ignore. The Director-level person shamelessly doles out biased comments about other departments' work, and the C-level individual shamelessly leans on them. It's an astonishing display of junior-level behavior and a complete lack of professionalism.

During the pandemic, the management's distrust of remote work policies forced employees to come into the office, further highlighting the company's unprofessionalism and lack of respect for its workforce.

My experience was predominantly negative. The work environment was very stressful and the company culture was toxic and at some times hostile. Despite some efforts from management to offer support, these did not mitigate the overall challenges. Compensation was below industry standards, making living expenses difficult, and there were limited opportunities for professional growth. These factors contributed to a largely unsatisfactory experience.
