      The r&d team is full of nice people. Good sense of community. Managers are pretty chill and have realistic expectations.

      Similar positions tend to pay ~20k more yearly. C-suite from USA does not inspire confidence and the are cutting costs everywhere, feels a bit unsettling. 100% into AI hype train.
