With a significant portion of the old leadership team now gone, I am hopeful that this marks a fresh start for the company culture. On a positive note, the work-life balance here is excellent

With company-wide redundancies looming, the toxic culture here has become impossible to ignore. There is absolutely no avenue for upward management or feedback; the environment is strictly 'top-down,' and dissenting voices are pushed out. Job security is based entirely on internal politics and favoritism rather than merit, which has caused a massive brain drain of top talent over the last few years. To make matters worse, financial hypocrisy is rampant: the company claims budgets are tight and refuses to increase employee compensation, yet leadership continues to secure annual pay raises for themselves
