Benefits are good if you belong to the union. The wage could be attractive as well but you will be worked twice as hard. General attitude is the company is doing you a favor by allowing you to make them money.

I've worked here 10+ years and morale is very poor. Management promotion opportunities are not available to everyone only who they choose. Basically yes men who will do as they are told. The company fights itself internally every step of the way. You can be targeted for your appearance as well. YES that's correct I said appearance. If you don't look the part you can forget about advancing with this ccompany. Not one manager in the organization takes responsibility or ownership of their decisions. If you enjoy working for arrogant self centered people and can deal with a very toxic work environment proceed with caution.
