      Thanks for your feedback. We want to build Niyuj as a very technically competent organization. Again I feel let down that you felt the way you did. But politics is intolerable in the organization and hardworking individuals have always got the credit for their contribution.       * You can interact easily with the management. * Management will listen to you. * HR and Admin teams are supportive and understand your concerns. * You will get a chance to work on challenging projects.

      Svantaggi

      * Honestly not much, just we can focus more on employee's aspirations and work more towards aligning them. * You may be asked to work on multiple projects, well that is a good opportunity to learn but can leave you in more stressful situations if things are not managed well.
