The Founder is a complete fake. He is abusive to all staff members and even to some of the adopters and fosters. He is only in it for the attention, recognition, and the money. He does not care about the dogs, or his employees. He will work you 60 plus hours a week and does not care about your personal time. He is a complete alcoholic and drinks on the job. He has driven employees to tears with his cursing, screaming, and bullying. What's worse is you have no HR or Board Member to go to when you need help, because they are only interested in keeping his image clean and collecting money. As much as you may love dogs, you will find it impossible to work with this group.
