      Huge staff turnover, poor communication from leadership and poor management from top down. Untrustworthy and secretive. Willing to let employees waste time on projects they have no intention of utilising.

Improving communication across our businesses has been a priority for us, and we've implemented steps, such as regular updates from our management team, to keep our staff informed.       Whilst in a consulting company it is natural that assignments depend on the projects coming in, the employee needs to be told what they should focus their learning on and knowledge transfer about company -specific tools needs to be facilitated.
